Registration and reservations
How can I sign up for an outing / organized trip?
To participate in the outings, you must send your details via firstname.lastname@example.org or the contact form. We will contact you immediately to formalize the registration, confirming the availability of the place, and we will indicate the necessary data to make the payment (via paypal or deposit into a bank account). The reservation will be effective once the entry has been made.
What type of insurance is required to participate in the trips?
Naturalwalks activities include accident insurance for all our customers.
Are there discounts for groups?
We have special prices for groups, retirees, students and children. Please consult us for more information.
Are the tours canceled in case of rain?
Some trips may be canceled in case of unfavorable weather or field conditions. In this case, you will be notified as soon as possible. If the weather conditions do not allow the activity to be carried out, Naturalwalks will try to organize the same outing for another date, where those confirmed for the first outing will have registration priority. If this is not possible, the amount will be saved for any other activity that does not involve another company as part of the organization. The registration fee will only be refunded if it is due to justified force majeure.
Can I cancel the reservation of an already paid activity?
The refund of the reservation will be made in full as long as the cancellation is made within a period of one week. In case of cancellations 3 to 7 days in advance, 50% of the amount paid will be returned. In case of cancellations less than 72 hours in advance, the amount will not be returned.
How big are the groups?
Each departure has a maximum of 15-18 people. Trips are organized for groups of between 6 and -18 people (depending on the destination).
I’m not very athletic. Can I participate in the outings?
Our activities are aimed at all types of public and do not require being in a physical form outside of what a moderate activity would entail. In the event that, exceptionally, an activity requires special physical preparation, it will be indicated in the description of the same.
In which languages does Naturalwalks work?
Principalment oferim les nostres activitats en anglès, francès, castellà o català. For groups that do not master these languages, we offer the opportunity to bring a specialized translator.
What should I bring to the outings?
You must have good sports or mountain shoes, with non-slip soles. In addition, we recommend bringing water or juices to stay hydrated. The necessary material will be indicated for the courses and workshops.
Are all the activities accessible by public transport?
Activities in and around Barcelona are easily accessible by public transport. In the other cases, joint transport will be organized in private vehicles to avoid each person having to access with their own vehicle. We also collaborate with a carsharing service to facilitate joint access to the starting point of each outing or help you rent a vehicle if necessary.
What will my personal data be used for (email, name…)?
The data provided by the user when registering for the newsletter will be used exclusively to send information regarding Naturalwalks offers. The data provided by the user through the contact form will be used exclusively to answer the questions indicated by the user. Under no circumstances will these data be given to other people/companies or used for any other purpose.
