How can I sign up for an organized tour?
To participate in one of the outings simply send your details to firstname.lastname@example.org or through the contact form. We’ll contact you as soon as possible for registration, confirming the availability, and we will indicate the necessary information to make the payment (via paypal or bank deposit). The reservation will be made once the payment has been received.
What kind of insurance is needed to participate in the tours?
Our activities include an accident insurance for all customers.
Is there any discount for groups?
We have special prices for groups of 4 people. Please contact us for more information.
And for families?
– Free entry for children under 8 years old.
– Children between 8 and 15 years have a 50% discount.
– People over 65 have a 30% discount.
In case of rain, will the tours be canceled?
Some tours could be canceled in case of bad weather. In this case, you will receive a notification 12 hours in advance. In that case, Naturalwalks will refund your payment. In addition, we will try to arrange the same tour for another day.
Can I cancel an already booked and pre-payed activity?
The booking will refunded in full provided that the cancellation is made in a period of one week prior to the tour. For cancellations within 3 to 7 days in advance 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. For cancellations less than 72 hours notice, the amount will not be refunded.
How big are the groups?
Each tour has a maximum 15-18 people. The tours are organized for groups of 6 to 18 people (depending on destination).
I’m not very athletic. Can I participate in the tours?
Our activities are aimed for all audiences and being in physical shape is not a requirement beyond what would be required of any other moderate activity. If an activity were to require special physical preparation, it will be indicated in the activity description.
In what languages does Naturalwalks offer tours?
We mainly offer our activities in English, French, Spanish or Catalan. For groups who speak a different language, a professional interpreter can be arranged.
What should I wear on the tours?
You must have good running shoes, with a non-slip sole. We also recommend bringing water or juice to stay hydrated. For courses and workshops, we will indicate the necessary materias.
Are the tours accessible by public transportation?
The tours in Barcelona and surrounding areas are easily accessible by public transportation. In other cases, transportation will be organized together in private vehicles. We also collaborate with a car-sharing service to facilitate the access to the established meeting point.
For what purpose will my personal information be used?
The information provided by the user through the contact form will be used soley to respond the questions indicated by the user and to send information regarding Naturalwalks offers. This data will in no case be provided to other people / companies and will not be used for any other purpose.
